"CRISTINA HOMES" - Phase 1 is a 2.8 hectare middle cost subdivision project with 297 houses located in San Pedro, Laguna. It is about an hour?s drive from Makati and is near the boundary of Muntinlupa and thus considered within Metro Manila. The subdivision has two house models: ?Kristina Duplex? and ?Kristina Single?.
The subdivision has a guarded entrance gate with 24-hour security and a perimeter fence surrounding the whole subdivision, a gazebo, a basketball court, a playground, with all streets illuminated with streetlamps.
